ProcessingPoints™ accrue at a rate of one point for every $12 dollars of VISA and MasterCard credit card processing volume that your business accepts from its customers. When purchased items are returned, your points will be reduced by the point value of the return.

Any merchant that chooses to leave Reward Payment Systems will not be permitted to redeem ProcessingPoints™ or receive credit. If your merchant account is closed, all ProcessingPoints™ will be forfeited. In order to redeem and earn points an account must be processing with Reward Payment Systems a minimum of $1,000/month in net VISA/MasterCard sales for at least the previous two (2) months. Any merchant account that does not process at least $1,000/month in VISA/MasterCard sales with Reward Payment Systems for two (2) consecutive months will be deemed inactive and all Processing Points™ will be inactive for that month. The only exception to this rule is if a business is seasonal/temporarily closed and the merchant informs Reward Payment Systems ahead of time on the length of time the business won't be processing.

ProcessingPoints™ can be redeemed in increments of 10,000 points (value $100) for travel accommodations and services or, unless otherwise stated, in increments of 2,500 for merchandise or gift certificates by using the ProcessingRewards™ Website at http://www.rewardpaymentsystems.com. If you do not have Web access, you may redeem your points by calling the toll-free number 1-877-606-1368. Most gift certificate rewards are only available on the ProcessingRewards™ Website. They may not be obtained through the toll-free number.

For travel redemptions, you can download a ProcessingRewards™ Certificate from the Website http://www.rewardpaymentsystems.com. By following the instructions on the Certificate, you can receive a check back for the redeemed value of your points (e.g. 10,000 points=$100). If you do not have Web access, you may redeem your points by calling the toll-free number 1-877-606-1368.

ProcessingRewards™ Travel Certificates may be applied toward any travel accommodations or services. Usage is limited to the account holder(s) identified on the Certificate. Certificates have no cash value and no cash refunds or credits will be given if the value of the travel service is less than the value of the Certificate. Reward Payment Systems assumes no liability for dollars paid by account holder over and above the reward value redeemed.

ProcessingPoints™ can be used to order merchandise and gift certificates described on the current ProcessingRewards™ Website http://www.rewardpaymentsystems.com or in the current brochure. The Website and brochures are revised periodically and items from prior Website listings and brochures cannot be ordered. You may select merchandise from any level as long as you have the necessary number of ProcessingPoints™ posted to your account. You may check your available ProcessingPoints™ at any time by visiting the ProcessingRewards™ Website or, if you do not have Web access, by calling the toll-free number, 1-877-606-1368.

Reward Payment Systems ProcessingPoints™ requirements are subject to change from time to time and items may be substituted at any time. Should an item be discontinued, it will be replaced with merchandise of equal or greater value or you will be advised so that you can make an alternate selection.

UPS or Parcel Post will usually deliver your merchandise within 2-4 weeks. Shipments cannot be made to a post office box, APO address or outside the 50 United States.

Merchandise can only be exchanged in the event that it arrives in defective or damaged condition. Be sure to note any exceptions, damages or shortages on the delivery receipt before signing to accept the shipment. Instructions on how to return defective or damaged items are included with your merchandise. If you need additional information, please call 1-877-606-1368. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Points earned in the Reward Payment Systems Program will appear on your monthly statement. You may request a separate ProcessingRewards™ statement be emailed to you by visiting the Reward Payment Systems Website. Additional points may be awarded for selecting this option.

Points from other Reward Payment Systems accounts cannot be transferred or combined. ProcessingPoints™ are not transferable to other frequent traveler or merchandise programs.

Reward Payment Systems is not responsible for inaccuracies in Point accrual due to computer error, late or incorrect data submissions, lost Certificates, or any loss incurred that may arise in connection with the use of these services. Reward Payment Systems is not responsible for the performance by any merchant, service provider or common carrier.

Any and all taxes on points, accommodations, or services in connection with the Reward Payment Systems Program are the responsibility of the cardholder.

This Program is void where prohibited by federal, state, or local law. Reward Payment Systems reserves the right to alter, change or terminate the Reward Payment Systems Program at any time with or without notice. Reward Payment Systems also reserves the right to disqualify individual account holders who violate the Program Rules.

Reward Payment Systems reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this program at any time and will post modifications to any changes in this program on its website at http://www.rewardpaymentsystems.com.
